With the theme "Opening a New Future for All," we look back at the current state of interpretation and presentation and look forward to the future.
In this issue, we start with a special editorial forecasting how to handle the various demands we face today and the changes in interpretation and presentation in the context of the next 50 years of the World Heritage Convention.
Reflecting such context, we have invited people worldwide to discuss climate change, visitor engagement, artificial intelligence and interpreters, new generations, conservation and authenticity, and virtual reality.
In addition, this issue highlights the echoes from various community voices and features dialogues with prominent organizations leading the charge in capacity-building within the heritage sector, specifically focusing on fortifying heritage interpretation.
The contents were also made available in multimedia to make the heritage interpretation and presentation more accessible.
