Launching the Great Zimbabwe Heritage Collaboration

In collaboration with UNESCO Regional Office for Southern Africa, WHIPIC has been involved in “Rehabilitation and Development of the Great Zimbabwe National Monument World Heritage site” project (2023/24) since early this year.

As part of this initiative, WHIPIC will hold a three-day on-site workshop on inclusive interpretation and presentation of the Great Zimbabwe National Monument. During this workshop, we will work with a diverse range of stakeholders concerned, such as the National Museum, universities, local communities and et al, to develop inclusive narratives and effective presentation methods for the world heritage site.
